These agreements may include direct access to enterprise support personnel and infrastructure that is dedicated to our OSA partners, outside of our standard retail channels and phone system, for improved efficiency, time-to-repair, knowledge management, call handling, and first-call resolution rate.

Electronic Futures can provide Software As A Service (SaaS), managed by us, and hosted in our Datacenter or yours!

Standard Shop Rates:

Minimum Shop Charge $ 35
Installation/Repair (our stores product)$ 65/hr
Installation/Repair (other stores product)$ 85/hr
Outside service calls $ 85/hr
Preferred Clients with Negotiated Contracts (in shop or on site)$ 65/hr

Parts used are billed out at fair market value, plus any applicable shipping / handling that may be incurred.

$5 will be charged to cover compressed air and other shop supplies used to clean, maintain, and facilitate repairs.


Travel time is based on $ 85 / hr and $ .35 /km to site and return from site.
